Lovato reveals sister, In what sounds like a plotline on a soap opera, Demi Lovato recently learned she has a new older sibling she never knew existed.The “X Factor” mentor spilled the beans during an interview on WBLI’s “Dana & Jeffrey in the Morning” on Monday, saying she learned about her half-sister just last year......omg.yahoo.
“I just got to know I have an older sister I have never known in my whole life,” Lovato said on the radio show. “She's in her thirties. She's my half sister but I talked to her for the very first time in my life around when I turned 20.”
The “Heart Attack” singer celebrated her 20th birthday on August 20.
“I asked her, ‘Why haven't you ever contacted me?’” Lovato recounted. “She just said, ‘Well, because I never wanted you to think I wanted anything from you. So I've just kind of been waiting to see if you wanted a relationship.’ I thought that was so incredible. So I actually have three sisters!”
Lovato didn’t name the sibling, but she joins the family which includes Demi’s older sister, Dallas Lovato, 25, and her 11-year-old half-sister, Madison De La Garza, who starred on “Desperate Housewives.”
